Cancellation Policy

Core Balance Training Program

Free 7 Day Trial: Cancelling within 7 days avoids any payments or charges.

Membership: You will receive an email reminder 7 days prior to your renewal. Cancellation must occur at least 24 hours prior to your renewal date to prevent charges. When you cancel, your access to the program will end at the conclusion of your current billing period. If you would like to cancel, please contact us or follow the cancellation instructions below:

Go to My Account → Billing → Click ••• next to CBT Program → Cancel this subscription

PayPal: Cancellation is managed from within your personal PayPal account. If you would like to cancel, please contact us or follow the cancellation instructions below:

Manage your Subscription in PayPal → Settings → Payments → Automatic Payments → Core Balance Training → Cancel → Cancel Automatic Payment (no further action is necessary)

PayPal App: Core Balance Training → Core Balance Training (Payments) → Scroll down to the 'Cancel Subscripton' link → Cancel Subscription (no further action is necessary)
