WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Free 7 Day Trial: Canceling within 7 days avoids any payments or charges.
Membership: You will receive an email reminder 7 days prior to your renewal. If you would like to cancel, please contact us or follow the cancellation instructions below. Cancellation must occur at least 24 hours prior to your renewal to prevent charges. When you cancel, your access to the program will end at the conclusion of your current billing period.
HOW DO I CANCEL?
Go to My Account → Billing → Click ••• next to CBT Program → Cancel this subscription
HOW DO I CANCEL WITH PAYPAL?
Go to PayPal → Settings → Payments → Automatic Payments → Core Balance Training → Cancel → Cancel Automatic Payment (no further action is necessary)
PayPal App: Core Balance Training → Core Balance Training (Payments) → Scroll down to the 'Cancel Subscripton' link → Cancel Subscription (no further action is necessary)
WILL I STILL HAVE ACCESS TO THE PROGRAM VIDEOS AFTER I CANCEL?
Access to our program videos requires an active Core Balance Training membership.
*However, you can download the Daily Warm-up, located in Module 3. This will be a flow of the first two modules. Additionally, there is a Maintenance Flow available for download, and you can find this in Module 11. These flows are yours to keep!
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
We honor all refund requests on any participating member's most recent membership payment for the Core Balance Training Program, up to 30 days from the time of purchase. A 'participating' member is a student who has completed all the daily lessons in the program, up to the time of the refund request.
*We do not allow for refunds on multiple membership payments.
Our hope in offering this generous Refund Policy is both to demonstrate our confidence in the program success rate, and as an accountability tool for you - to give you the best chance of healing. We will promptly issue a refund to all qualified requests.
REFERRALS: We are extremely grateful for referrals. If anyone you refer signs up, we will happily grant you an additional month per referral!
WHY DIDN’T I RECEIVE MY NEXT DAILY EMAIL?
There are typically 3 reasons why you wouldn't receive your next Daily Email.
1. Your Daily Email landed in your Spam or "Promotions" folder → Please check both folders for your missing email. If you found your email in one of the two folders, please add [email protected] to your safe senders list.

*If the whitelist guide redirects you to a spam site that solicits payment or random advertisements, please disregard. No payment is required to safelist our email address. Instead, add us to your contact list so our emails don’t go to your spam.
2. You did not click the ‘mark this lesson complete’ button at the bottom of your previous lesson → The Daily Emails are prompted to send based on lesson completion so you can move through the program at your own pace. If you did not complete your previous lesson (and mark the lesson complete), you will not receive your next email.
Please click the ‘mark this lesson complete’ button to receive your email the next day.
3. You unsubscribed from our program emails → If your missing Daily Email was not in your Spam or “Promotions” folder and you completed your lesson + clicked the ‘mark this lesson complete' button, there is a possibility you unsubscribed yourself.
