What exactly should I feel after completion?
Itโs hard to feel the expansion in my lower back.
I feel some benefit, but itโs very subtle.
I am struggling to figure this out.
Is sending your breath 'down and back' done on the inhale or exhale?
WOW! I feel a difference immediately. Have I been breathing wrong all my life?
All yoga schools promote "belly breathing", and you're teaching the opposite... Which way is correct?
Should I breath this way all the time, or just a few times a day?
Should this be done standing? Or does it work just as well sitting?
I feel more expansion in my right (or left) lower back. Might you explain the anatomical reason for this?
I naturally breathe into my chest and upper back, more quick and shallow. Is this because of weak intra-abdominal muscles? Is this why I also have shoulder and neck pain?

It was hard for me to believe that breathing could make any significant changes to my back problems. If you feel this way, here’s my message to you:
What you’re going to learn in this program are the building blocks of core strength and spinal stability, and your breathing pattern is the foundation that they will sit on.
In other words, breathing is the biggest of all building blocks for developing a healthy, supported spine.
